Family Counseling Services

Walk in to complete an intake assessment Monday-Friday 7:30 am-7:00 pm. Once intake completed

they will be placed with a therapist within 3-4 business days. Fees are based on a sliding scale. Based

on certain parameters the client may be eligible for up to 6 individual sessions where the fee is

waived, through our Community Partnership. Access to the Community Partnership is through

Advocate referral only.

LDS Family Counseling

Reduced or no fee therapy services provided. Must have LDS Bishop referral prior to scheduling 1

appointment.
